Cannot link my existing PayPal business account to PayPal checkout

    PayPal Checkout Integration is the perfect solution for my need. However, when I attempt to log in via the connect window in the form builder PayPal wants to create a new account for me and requires email confirmation. BUT the email they say they are sending to confirm my account never comes.  Yes, I have checked Junk Mail and have gone to webmail..No mail from PayPal.  PayPal was unable to help via chat and their phone support is closed. Suggestions??

    Is this the form you're working on?

    Please try connecting your account with another browser. That may work. Or, try clearing your browser cache and cookies for Jotform first before editing the form.

    If the issue persists, please delete the PayPal field to your form and add it again.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
