How to randomise questions and answers?

B) randomise questions and answers, to create a dialogue/simulation ? Have you apps for that? Can I perhaps write my own applet? In what language? To be learnt how? 

There is no built in question to shuffle questions but if you want to shuffle answers, it is possible to achieve it by taking advantage of "Shuffle" widget. This will display options to users in random order. Please check the screenshot below:
