How can I have my form automatically apply a set credit card processing fee to the order total?

When I have a student select the parking permit subscription I need to have the form automatically apply a $1.50 credit card processing fee to the total before the student submits credit card payment. Is this possible?

Ideally, you can create your products on a list and when the parking permit is selected, you can set it to add the processing fee.

After that, you can just set the Get Price From the TOTAL field.
