Print Version of PDF Submission: Texts are too small

Not a major issue but just a thing I'm hoping will be fixed soon.

Everything was fine yesterday but now when I download the PDF forms [specifically the print version], the size of the text is WAY to small. I know for sure it has nothing to do with my printer because I don't actual print them. I've also verified my browser view is on 100% zoom. Also, even though its only 1 page worth of content, the PDF view shows 2 pages, the second one being blank on all of my submissions. I even tested by redownloading a previous form which also looks too small now; but it was fine yesterday. Not sure what was updated with JotForm recently but it surely altered the PDFs. Please fix the issue.

I have checked the most recent form (Downloadable Stitch Files) you have updated in your account and it doesn't have a PDF Document set up in it.

Perhaps you are referring to another form in your account and we may need you to confirm it.

Also, the Layout Settings of the PDF Editor page has an option to change the font size of the text in the PDF Document.

Please try updating the value to your preference and let us know if the issue persists.

I'm having an issue with the PRINT version of the form. I never use the PDF EDITOR version because it removes the paypal payment/order options that I need to see. Adjusting the text size in the pdf editor doesnt change anything on the print version. I can see the layout was updated with the jotform inbox. This change happened yesterday. Hopefully your team will be able to look into the logs & fix the bug with small text on the print version of forms soon.

PS. The form that I'm referring to "www.NeverDenyMe.com - Digitizing"

I can see that you are referring to this new change in Inbox:

Only the Print button was removed and changed to this option. The outcome is the same.

When you print, you can increase the scale to 100%. So the text will be visible clearly:

Let us know that will work for you.

I understand in order to receive a faster response numerous people are replying to my concern but I don't think my initial post was read. I mentioned "I know for sure it has nothing to do with my printer because I don't actually print them." With me having no plans to PRINT the document, I don't click print, I click download instead; since I will just be keeping these as a record on my hard drive.

Its also a lot easier to click 1 button the way I've been doing instead of the multiple that would have to be clicked to get to the example you provided for downloading the document. [ It also doesn't require me to manually name the file either].

I can also confirm the outcome is surely not the same; which is my reason for starting this post.

I've attached a picture below: The first picture being a file that I downloaded about 2 days ago & the second photo of the exact same order which I just downloaded again today. As seen, the second image is smaller even though they're both on 100% zoom.

I can see Jotform is making some attempt at fixing the troubles because one issue seems to be fixed that I brought up. The fact it was adding an extra BLANK page to all the documents when downloaded is no longer happening today (thumbs up), but the small text is still a problem.

Also, I did attempt what you recommended & clicked PRINT > Save As PDF > Scale 100%.

That still does not resolve the issue. [Just a FYI but that's not how I prefer to save them].

I'm hoping this issue can be resolved & switched back to how its been before the update.

Thank you for clarifying your concern and we would like to apologize for any confusion.

I now understand that what you are trying to do is this

I have tested the issue on a cloned version of your form and here's what it looked like when I downloaded a Print version of the test submission.

I agree that the texts are small even if the size of the page is already set to 100%.

I have forwarded this concern to our developers so they can have a closer look.

Once there is an update we will notify you in this thread the soonest.
