Suspended login

Hi, we were trying to do a training session for Jotforms for our new admin support.

The account is now suspended. The new member registration form is now showing an error message "form not found, this form is disabled".

How do we fix these errors and can you please advise what went wrong?

I can't login to change the email address. It says account suspended and
this means I can't update any details.
