HEIGHT TO WEIGHT

Hello,

I want to add a drop down field of height and when selected the equivalent will show in the weight field

Example:

chosen height is 4'6" on the height drop down field then 63 lbs will automatically appear on the weight field base on gender. i need it on my pdf converter field.


please send me a format for male and female like on the table below.
