I sent the link to a client and . she "saved" the form and cant find it

    I sent a link to the jot form to a client and she saved her progress but cant find it. What do I do?

    Hi modernmteam,

    Thank you for reaching out to us with regard to finding the submission that your customer saved on your form.

    First off, can you please send us the form that you're having issues with?

    Also, can you please give us the email address to the user who filled out your form?

    If you are using the Continue Forms Later feature on the form's settings, the data is stored on the user's cache and it's stored there within a limited time. It can only be accessed from the user's submission via the link generated for their session.

    Until they complete the form and submitted it, the data of the form will not go to your submissions.

    If you're client actually submitted the form, we'll be happy to look into what happened once we have the link to the form and the user's email address.
