Hello.
When a customers tries to checkout nothing goes through. It brings them to the attached screen.
I have jotform and paypal pro hooked up and neither are working right now.

I did check your form and it seems you have not added your PayPal credentials in "PayPal Pro" payment tool. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please edit your form and add PayPal Pro credentials. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/284-How-to-Obtain-PayPal-API-Credentials
