When I fill out the form and click "next" no information actually saves

Hello, I think I've followed the steps accordingly, however whenever I fill out the form and click "next" no information actually saves, despite a "saving" icon showing up. Can I get some input as to why the information isn't saving?

Please note that the guide on which you posted your comment is deprecated. 

The form you provided is deleted, so I cannot inspect it. 

If you want to allow your users to save the form and continue later, you can simply enable the Continue Form Later feature on the Form Settings page.
