Can someone on the support team fill out a cyber security risk assessment for my IT team?

Hello, 

Our IT team would like to have your technical team fill out two questionnaires to verify the HIPAA and cyber security.  Our IT team has two documents and a process for evaluating the security risk for our users and audience.  

Who would I work with to get this finished to purpose the platform for our organization?
