Form is submitted without Appointment Slot being selected

    We have an issue that comes up occasionally where someone registers for a class, but it somehow comes through without a specific class picked.  We have set the form up so that people can only register for one class at a time, and that works most of the time.  The incorrect registrations do not affect our open class numbers, so they are not processing through the same way as a correct registration. If we had four open seats in a class, we will still have have four open seats after the incorrect registration has come through. Wondering if we have an error some place because it doesn't happen with every class.  It would be nice to not have to reach back out to our customers and ask them which class they were trying to register for.

    If I understood you correctly, some users do not select the available Appointment Slot?

    Since they are not required, users can submit the form without selecting it. You can simply right-click on each Appointment Slot and select Requiere. This way, users won't be able to submit the form if the appointment is not selected.

    Please note that only visible Appointment Slots will be required. If a field is hidden and required, users won't see error message, even if they do not select an option.
