How to receive submission email with terms and condition content?

    I volunteer with a non-profit all volunteer organization.  We would like to send out membership renewal forms that can be signed online and returned to us for filing.  How can I have the form returned by email in its entirety?  I would like to see the forms terms and conditions as well as the signed field when the form is completed.

    Do you mean to say that you want the terms & condition text to be included when the form is submitted and you receive submission email. Please note that content of "Text" field does not get included in email alert. You need to edit your form's notification email alert and copy the content in email alert. You can also edit your form's PDF editor to ensure the content is added in PDF. Please check the screenshot below on how to add text content in email alert and PDF document:
