Missing Section on notification email

Hi I have a section toward the bottom of my form which isn't showing up on the email submissions when they come through but are definitely on the form and when I log into Jotform and look at the submissions that section is shown?

What have I done wrong?

Additionally, please reintegrate the notification email into form (i.e. delete the existing email and add a new one).
