How to setup a light box form?

Hi, hope you're well! :) 

Just wondering how to setup a click and sign up form pop up arrangement?

For example,  on this site: https://www.enchantingmarketing.com/how-to-write-bullet-points/

At the bottom of the blog post, when you click the link: "Want to write better? Get my best writing tips here > > >" the email form pops up, instead of opening up in a new page.

Do you have that function?
