Can't view uploaded images in Email notification

    Hi, in the email notification we receive once someone submits their form, most include images. Most of the emails show the image attached so we can preview but some of them don't. Do you know why this is and how we can fix it?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Are you perhaps logged out of your JotForm account when viewing the uploaded image files in your form? Please be informed that by default, it is required to login to be able to view the uploaded files inside email notification.

    However, if you wish your upload files be seen in email attachments without requiring a login, you can do so by navigating through your Account Settings > Settings > and then UNCHECK the Require to log-in to view uploaded files.
