E-Signature not appearing on email received

    I have set up a form and have added the E-signature widget.

    I have completed a test to check everything is working ok but the E-Signature is not appearing on the email received.

    The Office World logo is also not appearing on the email.

    I have added the URL of the form and also a attached a copy of the email received.

    Can I ask someone to take a look and let me know who to fix this as we need to send to our customers this week for completion.

    Hi Ronniehill,

    I've cloned and checked your form also I tested e-signature widget but I couldn't replicate the issue. It is working as expected. Here is a screenshot:

    And also as far as I can see you haven't added a logo to the notification emails. To add your logo to notification emails, which you receive upon submissions of your form please follow the steps below.

    1)Go to your Form Builder

    2)Click the EMAILS tab and click the "edit" button.

    3) After clicking the "edit" button, specify the place where you want Logo to be added by clicking there.

    4) Then click an "Image Upload" button and upload your Logo. Don't forget to "save" when you finish.

    I have tried it again and still getting the same, signature not appearing.  

    I have sent a test to my work email & an external gmail account and signature not appearing.

    I have also had out IT guys look at it to make sure it wasn't something to do with our system.

    Is there a setting that I need to complete on the jotform website to make this appear.

    Please try generating a new email notification, let's see if that will make a difference. It seems that the signature widget is not yet added on the form when the email notification is set up, and the changes didn't sync on the email template.

    Kindly try it then let us know if the signature still missing on the new email notification.
