How to create a form that offers services?

How do I create a form for a service (carpet cleaning). The amount is going to be different for every costumer.

Thank you for reaching out to us. 

I think you are referring to prices that are not fixed, correct? This is possible by setting the Payment Type on the payment settings to "User Defined Amount". Then you would need to use the Form Calculation widget to calculate for the prices.
