This is my 4th time contacting customer support. I still have not had anyone contact me. I am trying to get someone to email me so that I can fix my JotForm. I was told that I have "phishing" to fix. Please get back with me. thank you.

I'm sorry but I couldn't locate your three (3) previous attempts to contact us.
As for your concern, I have checked your account/username pdeamistad and it's currently in ACTIVE status and is in good standing. Are you perhaps referring to a different account? If so, please let us know so we can check.
