Good Evening,
Right now I'm reaching a notification email from Jot Form saying a form has been submitted and then I receive a second email with the same form but from the person's name who submitted it (noreply@jotform.com). I'm not seeing the preferences where I can only receive 1 email. I'd like to just receive one from Jot Form. Thank you!

I understand that you are referring to this form "200815811733147", where you have setup two notification emails.
You can delete one of these emails from your form. Just hover your cursor on any of the emails and you can see a delete button.
