Form generating botched up Output PDF

    Hello!

    Form is receiving records fine but the PDF is all botched up with errors.

    Form name is ER Vets4pets Client Check In

    I checked your form and submissions in the PDF editor. But I was not able to locate a submission, where errors appear.

    Can you please provide the names of some submissions, so we can further investigate?

    Most probably, some of the form fields are causing the issue. But we need to identify them, in order to forward it to the backend team.
