I want to use the logic available on JotForm but also want the output on the finalized form to look the same as the form I'm uploading. Is that possible or will it look totally different upon save/submit due to Jotform's formatting options? I'm trying to decide whether I can do this on JotForm or if I need to find a way to just upload my form to my website without JotForm so it can be completed there and look the same as it does on the PDF now.

If it is a fillable PDF file, you can import it in JotForm. And the system will automatically create an online form from it. The system will try to match the format as much as possible.
Please have in mind that our online forms are not designed to look like printed classical forms, this is why after the conversion your online form might not look like your original uploaded PDF.
