    I have several clients that would like to have online forms for visitors to fillout. After the form is filled out (with signatures) they would the results of the form printed to their pdf forms.

    Do you offer a solution?

    You can easily do this with JotForm. You will be able to create PDF files with your submission data.

    Moreover, you will be able to customize those PDF files. Here is the related guide:
