    Hi again,

This is the second time this account has been auto-suspended ... is there anything you can do on your end to stop this from happening? We use this as a legitimate business tool to find the right technical solutions for customers.

    Thanks and regards,

    Matt - Queenstown Tech

Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have an automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and marks them with the probability of being used for phishing activities.

I did check your form and found that you have words like "Password", "login" in your form. You may change these words on your form.

Please read our Terms page, you can check it here: http://www.jotform.com/terms/.

If you agree on our terms, we will need to delete that field that has a violation on your form. Please review our terms and let us know if you agree on it.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thanks.

Yes, it does use those words, but we never ask for any personal information like passwords or login details. We're simply trying to portray to customers that there are different levels of security. It just asks things like "Do you use 2fa?" or "Do you use a strong password? If not, you should.."

I don't see how this violates your terms....

These words like password and login trigger the suspension. You can replace these words with some other like access code. It would prevent further suspension of your account.

    Your account is reactivated.

    Thanks.
