Can I use prepopulated fields in a user restricted website ?

I want to embed a jotform onto a google site I'm planning to build. As the site will only be accessible to users in our google domain that are already logged in, would it be possible to communicate any user identification info to the form via prefills? Not sure if anyone has experience with this.

    Thanks!

    Hi there, Triplemintmarketing

Thanks for reaching out to us

While I don't have yet tested prepopulating fields on a Google Site using SSO, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work. As long as the user is logged in, they should see the prefilled fields just like it would happen in  websites without user-restricted pages.

If you face any issues, though, please don't hesitate to contact us.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to prepopulate the Google user's data to the form that is embedded on the web page? Generally, the form data can only be prepopulated using the URL parameters. I don't think it is possible to pass the signed in Google user's data to a variable on the web page unless using custom scripts or custom web pages.

Let us know if you are referring something different. We will be happy to help.
