Why does it say "Undefined" on my form

On my embedded form it has the word "undefined" at the bottom and when you click on it, it goes to Jotform. Why is that there?

That appears when an element has not been properly configured. This should disappear by deleting the element or configuring the element correctly. 

I've checked your form and this seems to have disappeared already.

I found the answer on a Google search. Even if you are a paying user, there's a box you you have to uncheck in your profile that will eliminate the link. Thanks.
