My forms disappeared after I changed my email account

    I changed emails on my account and not all my forms have disappeared?

    How do I see my forms?

    We apologize for inconvenience caused. You are using the username carissaavant (on SILVER plan) on this post.

    I checked the account/username but it doesn't have any forms created yet in My Forms folder.

    Perhaps you were referring to a different account/username?

    I found another account associated to this account (have same IP range). The username is dosacctg The other account (FREE plan) have existing forms.

    You may login to using the username dosacctg to see the forms at https://www.jotform.com/login

    Let us know if you wanted to transfer the existing forms from the FREE account to your paid account.

    Hi there, thank you for reaching out.

    Upon checking your account user carissaavant it appears that it is a sub-user of the following account. 

    Username: shill79
    Email address: shi**@cb******du

    Since the primary control of the sub-user feature is the email address, you've lost access to the forms since it was tied to the previous email. 

    To fix this, you would need to ask the main account holder to re-share the forms to your new email address that's currently in the account.
