Email History Logs - Custom filters to view older emails are being shown though available logs is up to 90 days only

I want to read my December 2017 and January email inbox messages as my phone shows the previous messages only upto January, 2020.

Hello @S. Velarasu - As checked, you can only browse email history for up to 90 days back, though it shows in the filter that you can view emails from last year:

Let me confirm this with our backend team as I can only view emails for the last 90 days on my end.

Hi again @S. Velarasu - As advised, we only store up to 90 days of email logs. So, unfortunately, there is no option to view emails older than that.

However, by default, there is an email notification being sent to the email associated with your account every time a new submission comes in. Please try checking your mailbox for the older emails that you received for each submission.
