Attachments not downloading

    I have attachment fields in my forms. When clients submit the form, the attachments show up in the list of submissions within Jotform, but the email version of the form I receive just has an error with no file attached.

    Hi again, @cdfitmodelpro! 

    Kindly be informed that you have to follow the steps below in order to be able to view and download attachments and uploads of your account from any device:

    1. Go to your Account Settings.        

    2. On Privacy options, uncheck the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" option.
