How can I recover the deleted forms?

We apologize for the inconvenience.

You can restore the deleted forms by using the trash box.

In the trash box,  you can select and restore the temporarily deleted forms. But if you don't restore them in 30 days it will be completely deleted from the trash box. If a form does not exist in the trash box you can not restore it forever.
