Upgraded Account

    Hi There,

    I paid to upgrade my account but my form says i've reached the limit for submissions, is there something i'm missing? I guess I made the form under iha, but I thought it was linked to the same account i'm on.

    It seems like you have upgraded the account with username G_B while your form is under your account iHam which is overlimit. 

    Kindly note that the subscription cannot be transferred over, but we can help you cancelling the subscription from one account so you can upgrade the other one.
