Account suspended

    Ok, this is getting ridiculous..

    The form has been suspended a third time now by your bot.

    It doesn't go against your policy. All of the actual questions are yes/no answers and we don't ask for any sensitive information. I've even gone through every question and removed the word 'password' or 'login'

    If this issue is going to persist I'll have to recreate the form elsewhere, because as a test this has not gone well.

    You have a wonderful interface to work with, and I like the way the forms can be structured. But if nobody can ever access the damn thing, there's no point.

    Hello Matt - We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I've now added the form to our whitelist so the bot will no longer suspend your account.
