Old form title shows in Facebook Messenger.

I duplicated a form to create this form. The original form was for J's Bakery. This form is for Emerald Coast Bread. I have replaced every instance of "J's" with "Emerald". But, when I try to share the form in Facebook Messenger, the automated text that shows up says "J's Bakery". I've attached a screenshot of the Facebook message.

How do I clear the rest of "J's" info from this form?
