How do I build a tenant tracker form?

    Hi, I am a novice at JotForm but heard great things about you!

    I belong to a property management firm that utilizes MOnday.com. We need to survey our tenants to see if any have lost jobs and/or cannot make payments due to Covid19. I see Monday can integrate with JotForm and think maybe this would be a solution to this endeavor

    Can you please suggest how I can set this up?
