Send active forms to users

it would be good to produce a report / email that produces a list of forms that are published to include the form name and web link as this could then be sent to all staff so they would know which link to send to candidates. This may already exist but I have not found it yet.

Unfortunately, this option is not available. 

You are able to create an email where you will manually include the forms links or you can send the emails for each individual form you have.

The easiest way to share your form is if you click the More dropdown next to the form name in your forms page and select Publish option:

From here, you will have the option to copy the form URL, send the email, or use one of the other available share options.
