Account suspended: Too many attempts to update card on file

    Hi team,


    I have been trying to update the payment details of my account and it will not accept the new card. I have sent a seperate email to support and havent received a response.


    I urgently need access back to the account.

    I would like to apologize for any inconvenience the issue has caused you.

    Your account was suspended due to too many credit card attempts. You must have tried to incorrectly input your credit card details multiple times while upgrading that it was flagged by our system and resulted in your account being suspended.

    Nevertheless, I have re-activated your account and you should be able to log in now.
