    Dear Jotform Helpdesk
We have problems accessing this jotform -
    https://form.jotform.com/52202137483953
We get an error like the one below using Firefox:

    Dear JotForm Helpdesk
Sorry, forgot to add. Strangely enough, the form loads, after at least 2
attempts, and with around 3-5 minute intervals between attempts.
    Kind regards
    Carlos

I have tested your forms and they load correctly at my end using FireFox and Chrome.

Can you please share your error screenshot again by following this guide:-How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-to-the-support-forum

May we know if the issue still remains?

It seems your antivirus or add-ons may be blocking JotForm.

Kindly try to disable any antivirus, add-ons or extensions.

You may also try to view the form using your mobile network.

Let us know if the issue still remains.

Worked at home yesterday and my setup doesn't have antivirus, and browser add-ons/extensions.

Tried it again today, and it's working again.
