Unable to Edit Submissions

    We have a form which one user completes and a second user edits to "grab" the request.  As of this evening we are unable to edit the submissions.  It just spins and spins, never completing.

    Hi,

    I apologize for any inconvenience this caused you.

    To better understand the issue could you please describe your exact workflow? Does the second user use an "Edit Submission" Link you send them, or do they go directly through your profile (by highlighting the Form --> Submissions --> Edit)?

    We will investigate the issue further with the help of your answers.

    Regarding your update - do you know if this affects all of your forms or just specific ones?

    Every form we had reported issues of being unable to submit. I turned all external facing forms off last night.
    As of this morning issue has resolved. Please look towards historical issue with servers yesterday. I need to provide a root cause analysis to my leadership team.

    We indeed had a server certificate issue earlier today but is already FIXED by our backend team.

    If in case you encounter the said issue again, please let us know.
