Payment integratiom disconnects when re-editing the form

    Hey Team!  We are having an issue that doesn't allow us to use the pay by PayPal function at the end of our form. I have attached a screenshot of the error that we are receiving. Please let me know how to resolve this.

    That error means that your Paypal field isn't yet connected to your Paypal account. Please connect your Paypal account to fix it. Here's how:

    1. Click the payment field in your form then the wand icon to open its settings

    2. Click the Connect button to connect your Paypal account

    Hey I have done this several times and have tried via paypal and stripe. After it successfully connects, after exiting and re-entering the form, the connection disconnects and asks me to reconnect every time.

    That's odd. It should stay connected when you edit the form again. I tried cloning your form here and integrate it with Stripe but I am unable to reproduce the problem. It remains connected when I reload the page or exit and edit the form again.

    Example:

    I suggest logging out from your Jotform account, log in again then re-integrate your form with Stripe or Paypal, whichever payment gateway you use. This should not have any problem.
