How can the client get the Zoom link or meeting ID in the confirmation email? without it, we still have to send the meting details manually.

Unfortunately, you can not include the Zoom link or meeting ID in the confirmation email at the moment.
If you wish to register a participant for a meeting, they will receive an email from the Zoom.
However, I have forwarded your ticket to the backend team and mark it as a feature request. Please note that there is no assurance that this will be implemented. It depends on the number of similar requests, which we will receive and the workload of our developers.
We can not provide any time frame for this, but we will update you on this ticket.
