How can I track total number of items?

Hi, I am creating a food order form but I have a different limited quantity for Food item A, Food item B, Food item C.

Does JotForm have any functions for the admin to see the total current orders from all the submissions? This is to check that the total orders for the respective food items does not exceed the maximum quantity.
