Payment integration to show available quantity

I asked you what I thought was a simple question. I want to put a limit on items sold, in other words, a very simple inventory. Instead, you sent me a convoluted explanation as to how I am supposed to set it up, which [a] doesn't even answer my question and [b] doesn't do what you told me it would do in the first place.

I would really like to use your product but your integrations are so convoluted as to make me throw my hands in the air and look elsewhere.

Why you make it so complicated is beyond me. You've taken the simple and made it complicated.

We do apologize for any inconvenience. Currently, our payment field doesn't have an inventory or show the remaining items of available products.

It seems my colleague has shared to use the inventory widget instead at this ticket https://www.jotform.com/answers/2342232. With this work around, you would have to manually calculate each products values and pass it to your payment field. If the work around doesn't work, kindly reply to the support ticket so that we can help you set it up with your form.

I have also forwarded a feature request to our developers to add an inventory option in our payment field.

Do note that we cannot give an ETA when this feature would be added or will it be passed however, we will keep you posted via this support ticket once updates are available.

It doesn’t work. I’d have thought this would be a fundamental feature of your inventory module, without it, it’s useless.
You firstly told me that all I needed to do was follow your directives, only for you to now admit that the feature doesn’t actually exist.
Unless you can provide this basic feature you have lost yourself a client.

    Hello,

Your request to limit available quantity in the payment field is already escalated as a feature request on this ticket link.

Since our payment apps, do not have this feature to limit the quantity, we have other widgets that help you out such as the inventory widget - the usage of which my colleague has already explained in your previous ticket link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2342232

If the steps explained in that link does not work out for you, I would request you to please respond on the above link, so that we could provide you with a suitable workaround per your requirement.

    Hello,

I've gone through your requirement on the other ticket:

Based on this requirement, the work around provided by my colleague Roneet is the only solution at the moment available. The reason is that currently we do not have an option within the payment field to automatically remove a product from the list.

As per your request, we have already escalated this as a feature request via this current ticket link. When the feature gets implemented, we will inform you via this ticket link.

    Hello,

We implemented stock management feature. With this feature, you can enable stock control not only for your basic products (having no option) but also for products having options like Color, Size, etc. easily. Here is our detailed help guide to get more information.

Please let us know if you face any problems or have improvement suggestions.

    Best regards.
