Email Notifications OFF Not working

    Hi team,

    I created this JotForm but am certain I turned all notifications off (Email and SMS). Though, when I submit a form, both I as the creator and the email address entered into the form recieve a notifcation that the form has been submited.

    Can you please confirm I can turn this off?

    If you're using the mobile app you will receive a notification when the form is submitted however, you will not be able to receive any notification/autoresponder emails as you have not setup any.

    I have cleared your form cache.

    Kindly try to test your form again and let us know if you receive an email after submitting the form.
