Hi! What i really needed was to see how many responses to each of my multiple choice Q's were... A, B, C or D. How can i "shuffle" the 186 (so far) responses into usable, sortable data? thx!

Hello @zuzanne2 - First, you can randomize the multiple-choice questions by using this widget: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/shuffle
The Shuffle widget rearranges your form question to display each of them randomly in a different position on your form. You can configure the widget to Ignore certain fields, and shuffle others, such that some of the fields retain their position - like name and email fields.
Next, you can create a report of the submission you received to create a view of the data in a CHART or BAR GRAPH format. Here's a guide on How-to-Create-a-Visual-Report-with-Your-Form-Submissions.
