US states with Country

When I check the Country box in Address field, then I can choose default country and pre-populated list shows up. But I lose the option of populated US States. User has to be type the State in. Any ideas? Am I missing something?

If you set the State field on the address field to have American States as its options, the Country option will be removed automatically.

This also indicates that you will be collecting data of addresses from the United States by default.

So, if you check the Country option to show a country sub-field on the address field, it means that you will be collecting data of addresses from around the world and the "state" could be anything.
