Forms not loading without refreshing browser

So I have forms loaded onto a squarespace site and the forms aren't loading when I first go to the page with the forms. You have to refresh the browser before they will load. Why is that? This hasn't happened before.

I have tested your link, but unfortunately, I was unable to replicate the same issue, this is what I could see on my end: 

May you try clearing your browser's cache and see if that helps? 

You may also try using incognito mode, this will help to identify if the issue is being caused due to an add-on installed on the browser. If the problem persists, please let us know the browser details where you're experiencing this, we will be happy to perform further tests.
