Why am I receiving duplicated submissions?

    The last few day's submissions appear to being duplicated every two days. Can you please advise.

    I have checked the forms in your account and was unable to find the duplicated submissions. May you please provide us the form where the issue happens? 

    Also, kindly let us know if you can see the duplicated submissions on the Jotform site or if you are only receiving duplicated submissions via email notifications. 

    We will wait for your response.

    FYI, duplicate submissions issue is now fixed. We added some preventive measures to help deter unwanted resubmissions of the previous entry. This should not happen again.
