How can I make a page repeat?

I am trying to create a new client form for a veterinary hospital. Ideally, I would like to have them fill out their client information once, and then the section/page for the animal information repeat for however many pets they have. 

I tried to do conditional logic for the answered questions "do you have anymore pets to add?" but I don't see a way to repeat the entire page or section based on that answer.
