I was directed to the URL when I click on the file I have uploaded. Would like to know how to resolve the issue. How come my file cannot be found?

I think the issue lies in which web browser I use. I am unable to load my
CV via chrome but can do so via internet explorer.
I have managed to complete and had submitted my application.
