Is it possible to:-

1 - Create a PDF form and then partially complete it for a client before sending it out (rather than expect the client to fill out the form each time.

2 - Create a form that a client can complete on a mobile without needing an app.

1. Do you mean a PDF form that can be exported? I'm afraid you cannot do that, but our online forms can be prepopulated. Please refer to the following guide:

2. Our forms are cross-platform. It will work on both desktop and mobile devices. I highly recommend the online form version in this case as it is more dynamic for your users.
