Need to remove a lock on my account

    Can you help me remove a lock on my account? I get an error mentioning too many login attempts, but even after I change the password and attempt to log in, I get the same error.

    I've tried clearing my cookies/cache, but no luck.

    Hi @maryhurst,


    We apologize for the inconvenience. If you recently reset your password, please make sure you are using the most updated one. HIPAA compliance accounts are usually locked out after multiple failed login attempts. I have activated your account and flushed your login attempts, and you should be able to login now. Let us know if you are still unable to access your account.

    I am still unable to login using the latest password. Should I reset again?

    Hi Patrick,

    The account appears to be active now, I went and flushed the login attempts again, can you please try resetting the password and use a different browser or try to clear your browser's cache again before logging in?
